We have so many people around us who are suffering from different types of physical problems
For example chest pain, breathing problems, hand and foot shaking problems etc.
And is very much concerned about these problems but all the test reports from doctors are normal
That means they don't have any heart problems at all.
Viewers today we will talk about a mental problem like this, which we call health anxiety.
Now will see that is healthy anxiety.
Let's say a person is in illness or is under stress, then normally some reaction happens in the body which we call syndromes of anxiety.
We have seen how the mind is related to the body and my adrenaline hormone works.
So for that, some symptoms say occur. For example, some people, have headaches, chest pain etc.
Now the people who have chest pain think that he has some heart disease.
And then normally his anxiety level will raise and he will think that he might die.
In this way, if a person is stressed his physical symptoms will increase. It's like a chain reaction

We have seen that in a person's thoughts he thinks that he has got heart disease.
And for this normally his mind will become stressed. This is very normal.
And now when the mind is stressed, we know that the mind can't take the stress and people want to get out of it.
Now the person does some behaviours to temporarily give him relief from that stress. Now we can see its as temporary.

And at the next second, he again has those thoughts inside his head.
He can see this continues as a vicious circle.
That means the person starts doing some actions, which the person is thinking of helping him, but actually, the help is temporary.
But actually, this health anxiety problem is continuing because of this behaviour of the person.
Now we will see which behaviours keep continuing the health anxiety problem,
Number 1, he is frequently visiting doctors.
The doctor is saying that the report is alright but then again he is anxious.
Then again the person is visiting the doctor whenever he has chest pain.
If one doctor assures him that he is ok, then he is in doubt if the doctor has correctly seen him.
So he visits another doctor. We call this doctor shopping.
Even when he is not visiting the doctor.
he is continuously asking his family member if he has any heart problems, which means he needs others' approval that he doesn't have any heart disease.
Number 2, he is observing his body regularly, if he had any chest pain or not.
Number 3, he spends time on it. He searches Google and tries to know more about it.
Number 4, he thinks himself sick and acts accordingly. That means, he doesn't engage in any productive work.
Number 5, he thinks himself sick and avoids so many things.
Like he doesn't want to go to a certain place, Doesn't want to eat certain foods etc.
And because of this behaviour, the heart anxiety vicious cycle goes on.

But by constantly staying inside the vicious cycle there is no meaning in ruining your beautiful life.
We were seeing that physical problem creates stress inside the person,
but later this stress creates more physical problems. And you can reduce this stress if you feel better.
